The rain stops.  The sky clears.  The air is crisp and cold.

Just for one night, time stands still.

Tens of thousands of twinkling lights.

An illusion. A mystery.

 

A feeling of enchantment.

 

Children’s smiles.

Removed from everyday life.

Thankful for this moment in time.

For we are all children, in awe of the Magic.
