    1. We had out of town company and we were planning to go to Butchart Gardens this past Saturday night even if it rained. As you know, we were fortunate that the rain stopped late afternoon. Happy New Year to you and your loved ones, Donna!

  1. Wow, Erica, these are such magical photos. Lights in this season just seem to capture the child-like wonder in all of us. But the best was the look in the eyes of the child. That’s magic!
    Happy New Year!

    1. Thanks, Nancy. The theme is “The twelve days of Christmas” and people around us would burst into song. It was surreal. Happy New Year to you and I look forward to continuing to share.

  2. We have not yet visited Butchart Gardens but, from what I have heard, it would truly be a magical place to visit during the holidays. Wishing you the very best in 2019.
